We are looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to support the transformation and evolution of agile practices within the organization. The person in this role will work closely with leaders, teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to drive the adoption of agile frameworks, the development of high-performing teams, and continuous improvement.
Disqualifying requirements:
- Verifiable experience as an Agile Coach
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in agile environments
- More than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience implementing agile methodologies at scale in various types of organizations
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks and product portfolio management
- Experience advising senior leaders on strategic initiatives
- Presentation and Public Speaking Skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with product owners, clients, and leaders to strengthen agile frameworks
- Ability to lead the evolution of agile practices within the organization
- A business vision with a strong customer focus
