We are looking to hire a Senior Functional Analyst to join our team and actively participate in the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional and technical requirements, serving as a liaison between the business units and the development teams.
Disqualifying requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and specification techniques, including documentation methodologies.
- Technical knowledge of databases, running queries, and using tools to run Web Services.
- Ability to manage and use databases for storing and retrieving information.
- Experience in data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL queries.
- Knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language).
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Server.
Preferred qualifications:
- Programming skills, use cases, and work methodologies.
- Undergraduate or engineering student majoring in Systems.
- Proactive attitude and proven experience in team leadership.
