Senior Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and participate in the analysis, assessment, and definition of medium- and high-complexity technology solutions. The person in this role will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the business units and the technical teams, ensuring that requirements are correctly interpreted and contributing to the success of projects.

Disqualifying requirements:

• Verifiable experience as a Business Analyst on medium- and high-complexity technology projects.
• Proficiency in functional analysis and design methodologies: requirements gathering, use cases, functional and non-functional specifications, among others.
• Experience in project management and monitoring.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or similar.
• Knowledge of APIs and Web Services.
• Experience in creating functional documentation for integrations with third parties.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and validating information in databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the financial, banking, or payment services industry.
• Experience in roadmap development and product management.
• General technical knowledge of architecture, integrations, and backend systems to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
• Experience in highly integrated environments, such as banks, digital wallets, companies, or organizations.
• Experience leading initiatives or coordinating teams.
• Student or graduate of a related field of study.
• Certifications related to the role.
• Knowledge of English or other languages.
