We are looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help design user-centered digital experiences, contributing to the creation of intuitive, efficient products that align with our business needs.
Disqualifying requirements:
- Expertise in Design Systems.
- Ability to create and understand user flows.
- Understanding of internal systems, back-office operations, and dashboards.
- Working with components and auto-layout in Figma.
- Experience with the entire design process: low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity design, and prototyping.
- Portfolio featuring UX/UI case studies.
- Good judgment in solving issues related to user experience and usability.
- Ability to understand the user's needs.
Preferred qualifications:
- College or post-secondary education in related fields.
- Knowledge of English or other languages.
