We are looking for someone with experience in managing Atlassian tools and project administration to serve as a Demand Manager. Your primary objective will be to coordinate and optimize the requirements process, ensuring efficient management of business needs.
Disqualifying requirements:
- Work experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian product suite (Jira and Confluence).
- In-depth knowledge of how Jira and Confluence work and their underlying logic.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (Clarity or similar).
- Previous experience in organizations in the financial sector.
Preferred qualifications:
- A student or graduate of a university program in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field (or with equivalent experience).
- Intermediate/advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience managing reports in Jira and using compatible reporting applications.
- Knowledge of agility concepts and project management methodologies (traditional and agile frameworks).
