We are looking to hire a Senior COBOL QA Specialist to join our team and help ensure the quality of solutions in mainframe environments by collaborating on the definition, execution, and monitoring of tests on critical systems.
Disqualifying requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in this role.
- Experience in COBOL mainframe environments.
- Proficiency in JCL, TSO, libraries, and version control tools.
- Experience in defining testing strategies.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases.
- Experience in reporting and tracking defects, preferably using Jira / XRay.
Preferred qualifications:
- Student or graduate of a related field of study.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Certifications in QA/Testing.
- Knowledge of English or other languages.
