Senior Service Owner

We are looking to hire a Senior Service Owner to join our team and lead the management and development of digital products and transactional services, ensuring their proper functioning, alignment with the business, and continuous improvement.

Disqualifying requirements:

  • Experience in roles such as Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO).
  • Experience with digital products and transactional systems, including native mobile solutions.
  • Knowledge of acquiring processes and the financial sector.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background in the payment solutions/Fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in using management and ticketing tools such as Jira and Remedy.
  • Education in a field related to computer science (current student or graduate).
  • Certifications related to the role.
  • Knowledge of English or other languages.
