We are looking to hire a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the proper management of our technology infrastructure, providing comprehensive technical support and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our systems.
Disqualifying requirements:
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in the technology sector.
- Windows Server, Windows 10, and Windows 11 administration, including PowerShell, installation, configuration, security, and networking.
- Linux (Ubuntu) administration, Bash scripting, installation, configuration, security, and networking.
- MS SQL and MySQL database administration, including installation and backup management.
- Apache Web Server Administration.
- Networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless—CCNA preferred).
- Experience in virtualization: VMware, Proxmox, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Dell EMC storage solutions.
- Experience with ticket systems ( GLPI preferred).
- Experience with monitoring systems (preferably Zabbix, Wazuh).
- Experience providing support to end users.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
- College or post-secondary education in related fields.
- Technical certifications related to the role.
- Knowledge of English or other languages.
- Analytical thinking and a focus on solving complex problems.
