We are looking for someone with experience in user research to help plan, execute, and analyze projects aimed at optimizing the user experience for digital products and services. The successful candidate will work on agile teams, collaborating with design and product teams, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Disqualifying requirements:
- Verifiable experience in user research, applying various techniques: in-depth interviews, participant observation, surveys, etc.
- Experience in the comprehensive management and execution of research projects (project design, fieldwork, analysis, and delivery of results).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with tools such as Qualtrics, Maze, and Miro (secondary use).
- Education in social sciences with an analytical focus.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to work in agile teams and collaborate with design and product teams.
- Knowledge of user experience metrics (UX Metrics).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and credibly.
- Visual communication and summarization skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of Design Thinking.
- Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) metrics.
- Experience with projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in software design projects for businesses.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
