Junior NOC Analyst

We are looking to hire a Junior NOC Analyst to join our team and assist with the monitoring, support, and operation of our network infrastructure, helping to ensure the availability and continuity of our technology services.

Disqualifying requirements:

• Solid technical training; preferably a graduate of a technical school.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of data networks: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and DNS.
• Knowledge of configuring and administering Cisco and/or Huawei routers and switches.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Nagios, NCM, or similar).
• Proficiency in using ticket management and tracking tools.
• Willingness to work under monitoring and operational support arrangements.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 6 months of prior experience in a NOC, telecommunications, technical support, or help desk.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies (Citrix and/or Fortinet).
• Knowledge of digital signage solutions (MagicInfo and/or DEX).
• Knowledge of wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of LTE technology.
• Basic Linux Server Administration.
• Programming skills in any language.
• Cisco CCNA, Huawei HCNA, or equivalent certifications.
• Knowledge of English or Chinese.
