We are looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master to join our team and lead the adoption and evolution of agile practices, facilitating collaboration among teams, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of value to the business.
Disqualifying requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in agile teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Team Lead.
- A solid understanding of agile principles, values, and practices.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Using Jira.
- Experience in tracking and managing OKRs and metrics.
- Agile certifications.
- College education.
- Knowledge of English or other languages.
