SSR Application Support

We are looking to hire a Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team and help monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents involving business-critical applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and operational continuity.

Disqualifying requirements:

  • Experience in incident analysis and reviewing logs for both applications and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Elastic/Kibana.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of web applications.
  • Proficiency in using application monitoring and analysis tools such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Jira.
  • Experience with incident management and tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of AIX/Linux environments, including SWIFT platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Conceptual understanding of WAS and portal architectures (IHS, WebSphere, Nginx).
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or DB2 database engines.
  • Knowledge of Control-M.
  • Programming skills in Java and .NET for enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs and microservices.
  • Basic Knowledge of Mainframes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Related college or post-secondary education.
  • Certifications related to the role.
  • Knowledge of English.
