Data processing is based on the consent you provide when you complete and submit forms or when you submit your resume. Additionally, data processing may be based on contractual obligations or legitimate interests, always in accordance with Law 25.326.

4. Conservation

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described. Resumes will be retained for a maximum of two years from the date of receipt, unless the data subject requests their deletion sooner.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to request access to, correction, updating, deletion, objection to, or restriction of the processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may send an email to marketing@gylgroup.com with the appropriate subject line.

You may also file a complaint with the competent oversight authority, the Agency for Access to Public Information, which serves as the oversight body under Law 25,326.

6. Data Sharing and Transfer

Your data will not be sold. It may be shared with vendors acting as data processors—such as storage services or communication platforms—only when necessary to provide the service.
These vendors are contractually obligated to protect personal data.
In the event of international data transfers, the appropriate legal safeguards will be implemented.

11. Resume Screening and Review Processes

When we receive a resume or information related to a job application, we use that information solely to evaluate the applicant’s suitability for current or future positions at G&L Group S.A.
The data we collect for recruitment purposes may include name, email address, phone number, company, industry, country, work experience, education, and any other information included in the resume.
By submitting your resume, you consent to our processing of your data for recruitment purposes. We will retain your resume for up to two years from the date of receipt, unless you request its deletion sooner.
If you do not wish for your resume to be considered for future openings, you may request its deletion by sending an email to marketing@gylgroup.com with the subject line “Delete Resume.”
